Hi I'm Blaine Swanborough and I'm one of the owners of One Drop Specialty Coffee. I've been floating around the coffee scene for a couple of short years now, just seeing what is out there, trying to remember what I liked and what I didn't like about various espresso bars and cafes. With that in mind, hopefully we've incorporated more of the likes than the dislikes in the new space at 515 St Pauls Tce, Greensquare Precinct, in the Valley.

The coffee scene in Brisbane definitely has character and some really big players but hopefully we can just bring our own personal touch to it and really put some love into it. It can only be a good thing for Brisbane to have another espresso bar run by passionate coffee loving baristas, who are really sold out to finding and consistently making a really good quality coffee product.

From our custom painted white La Marzocco FB70 to our single origin coffees which we will try and source on a regular basis, to our smiling faces and terrible jokes, we hope you all enjoy the journey as much as we have so far, just getting to open the bar, and I hope that we can serve you all a coffee some time in the near future!
